DriveCast Terms of Use

License and acceptable use

DriveCast is licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, and these terms supplement it for DriveCast features. Use the App only for lawful purposes and do not interfere with security, operation, access controls, or another person's rights.

Your playlists and content

DriveCast does not provide television channels, media subscriptions, or rights to third-party content. You are responsible for every M3U file, URL, media address, and receiving device you use, and for having all required rights in each region.

Do not use DriveCast to evade DRM, subscriptions, geographic restrictions, copyright protection, technical safeguards, or platform rules. DRM-protected, login-bound, cookie-dependent, expiring, region-limited, or unsupported media may not play.

Availability and responsibility

Media hosts, networks, vehicles, receiving systems, and Apple services are third parties. Links and channels may change or stop working. To the extent allowed by law, the App is provided as is without a promise of uninterrupted playback, universal compatibility, or perfect synchronization. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
